ScanMyHealth provides AI-powered analysis of blood reports and diagnostic scans using the MITOSYS Clinical AI engine. The Service is intended to help users understand their health data — not to replace professional medical advice.

3. Not Medical Advice

The insights, risk flags, and recommendations provided by ScanMyHealth are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload reports belonging to others without their explicit consent.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service's output at scale.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise platform security.

6. Your Health Data

You retain ownership of your health data. By uploading reports, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your health data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis may not be perfect. ScanMyHealth and MITOSYS make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the analysis provided. Use the insights as a starting point for conversations with your healthcare provider, not as a definitive medical judgement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MITOSYS and ScanMyHealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any medical decisions made based on AI-generated insights.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. See our Data Deletion Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
